Pure Wafer films include PECVD: SiO2, TEOS, SiN, a-Si, ARL, SiON, SiC, HDP. CVD and PVD Tungsten(W), PVD barrier layers, ECD (Co and Cu). Pure Wafer also produces films onsite with process equipment and metrology installed in our California clean room. Our film products are primarily used for applications throughout the wafer fabrication process.
